Ordering Methods:
Orders can be placed by phone, or on ALLIED PC TECH’s web site.

Phone hours: 10am to midnight eastern standard time 7 days a week.
It is highly recommended that orders be discussed on the phone before making the purchase to insure that you are getting proper and adequate item to fill your needs.
Payment methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express* via PayPal.
We also accept cashiers checks and money orders, (if you use this method your order will be slowed down considerably).
*Please note that American Express has decided to decline credit card transactions in which an American Express Corporate Card is used with PayPal. At this time, attempts to register or use an American Express Corporate Card in conjunction with PayPal will be declined but feel free to use a non corporate card.
We do not accept C.O.D.
Price Quotes:
Price quotes are valid for 5 days only. This is due the volatility of the Wholesale technology marketplace.
Shipping & Handling:
Domestic Orders: Shipping Charges are based upon FedEx rates.
International Orders: Sorry we do not accept International orders.
Express Orders: We use FEDEX Air Service or FEDEX Second Day Service if express shipping is requested. We try to ship these orders the day they are placed. We charge only the cost that FEDEX charges ALLIED PC TECH and make 0 profit on shipping fees
Handling fee: On small items there will be a $3.99 handling fee and on larger items $5.99 This fee insures YOU the customer that ALLIED PC TECH uses the highest quality packaging materials and the items are meticulously padded to insure that your purchase arrives without damage.
Return Policy:
All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, for this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Any return must be authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from ALLIED PC TECH. Return product via UPS, FEDEX or U.S. mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees). No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt, unless defective. No discontinued item may be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Thirty (30) days money back guarantee (The product must not be damaged, misused or altered we can accept return within thirty days).
After thirty (30) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return.
WARRANTY:
We guarantee all ALLIED PC TECH products to free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
